Is it necessary that they be rare fandoms? I only ask because in my White/Western/English speaking fannish experience, chromatic creators and/or chromatic characters are already rare. If there should be a fandom(s) that featured chromatic characters or was made by chromatic creators that happened to be huge and thriving, why exclude it? Maybe it could be welcomed and celebrated. Just a thought.
