Well, I'll see if my fellow mods disagree with me on this point, but since our criteria says that at least one chromatic creator is sufficient, I would say that anyone on the development team who can be considered chromatic should be enough. Is there a standard among game fandoms as to who usually counts as having played a creative role on the development team?
