Ohhhhhhh! *headdesk* I see. I saw the 9 PM Pacific time after the close date for nominations (on the other post) & I think my brain read it, & the dates on this post, as "therefore, as it's August 21, nominations are open RIGHT NOW & will close at 9 PM on this date" -- not that it was 9 PM for both dates.
