For Doctor Who (1963), are we counting some of the problematic characters from early serials? Because there are a lot of POC in, for example, The Aztecs who are played by white people and, um, not entirely historically accurate. And I don't know how much work on reclamation people want to do for something like The Talons of Weng-Chiang.

There's Captain Chin Lee from "The Mind of Evil", who actually got a pretty sympathetic and decent character.

There's the Ringmaster from "The Greatest Show in the Galaxy"...

And I am actually kinda creeped out how few POC I can pick out without rewatching the entire show. EEK.
