I misspelled that, it should have been Bryan Fuller. I didn't remember him either but I guess he was Matt Parkman's partner or possibly boss in season 2, and the actor is African American.

I stopped watching early in season 3 so I missed out on Hesam. :( I got these names from the Wikipedia List of characters in Heroes.
