Doers of darkness, sign-ups for Kaleidoscope are now closed. Thank you so much to everyone who signed up and signal-boosted our challenge! We will send out challenge assignments as soon as possible.

While we are all waiting, if you made a Dear Doer of Darkness letter, please link to it here! As we've said, Dear Doer of Darkness letters are like an extension of the optional details section, allowing participants to further expand on their requests and to offer their assigned person more information. They are entirely optional for both parties: participants do not have to make a "Dear doers of darkness" letter, and their assigned person does not have to follow anything noted in the letter beyond the officially requested fandoms and fanwork types.

If you are considering participating in Kaleidoscope treats, whether you've signed-up for Kaleidoscope or not, you are welcome to browse these letters and let where your inspiration leads you! Our AO3 treats collection is here and will closed on 2011 November 19, 9 p.m. Pacific Time (U.S.A.). (If you need an AO3 account, please leave your contact information here, and we'll make sure you have an account for the challenge, including for treats!) (A list of Kaleidoscope prompts from sign-ups will be made available for treats at a later date.)
