Kaleidoscope check-in and default deadline reminder
Just a friendly reminder that 2011 October 29, 9:00 PM Pacific Time (U.S.A.) (time zone converter) is the deadline for defaulting on for vid, art and graphics requests! You can let us know that you won't be able to finish your assignment on time at our default form.
For fic requests, the default deadline is next week on 2011 November 5, 9:00 PM Pacific Time (U.S.A.). (time zone converter)
In the meanwhile, we've been impressed to see so many of you responded to the last check-in saying that you've already completed your assignment or treats for others. Awesome work! We're really looking forward to seeing what you've created!
For those of you who are not so ahead of schedule, we'd like to cheer you on and provide support. Have you started but hit a block halfway through? Or are you having trouble just figuring out where to begin? Or are you waiting until last minute, hoping that deadline pressure will provide much-needed inspiration? (At least one of the mods is in this boat and is hoping that she's not alone.) Let us know in the comments, and we will do our best to cheer you on and provide virtual comfort food of choice.
As always, feel free to comment anonymously if you want to avoid giving yourself away.
