Kaleidoscope Check-in & Reminders

Hello doers of darkness! As the assignments deadline approaches, there are a few things we would like to note:

• When posting submissions to Kaleidoscope & Kaleidoscope Treats, please remember to enter Kaleidoscope or Kaleidoscope Treats in the Post to Collections/Challenges field and your recipient AO3 username in the Recipient(s): (if this work is a gift) field under Associations in the post new fanwork interface on AO3. Our guide on how to post various fanworks for Kaleidescope on Archive of Our Own has more information.
  
• You may continue to use our default form if you will be unable to finish your assignment by 12 November 2011, 9:00 PM Pacific Time (U.S.A.) though we will ask you to complete your assignment at a later date if you wish to participate in any future challenges.
  
• Please check our Beta Resources post and Chromatic Beta mailing list if you're seeking a beta. We also still have a few open beta requests on the mailing list so if you are able to offer your beta services for those requests, please check out the mailing list!
  
• We have one pinch hit still unclaimed and expect more pinch hits to trickle in as the deadline approaches so if you are able to pinch hit, please check out our pinch-hits mailing list! We are grateful for your help!
  
• Our permission policy form is available if you would like to provide partial or blanket permissions for secondary fanworks based upon the works you create for the Kaleidoscope challenge (e.g. podfics, remixes, etc.) so please feel free to use the form if you would like!
  
• Very belatedly, but we've posted an open comment thread for links to Kaleidoscope fandom sources for download -- the entry is locked to dark_agenda members -- so if your have links or are looking for links, check out the post!

With that taken care of, how are you feeling about your assignments? Have you already submitted your assignment and are sitting back excited and with a desire to DO ALL KALEIDOSCOPE TREATS?
