Podfic!

So, amplificathon is going on. For those of you unfamiliar, podfic is a niche of fandom where voice artists read fic aloud and make the recording available to fandom. It's great fun, since audiofic enables people to listen to fic on their commutes or while working out or whatever, and each podficcer brings their own interpretation to the fic. For more information about podfic, see the mission statement at the biggest archive I know of.

Anyway, I'd love to see more characters of color represented in the podfic world. In pursuit of that, I'd like to make a call for author permissions for us podficcers to record your chromatic character featuring fic.

If you have written fic, of any length, featuring a chromatic character, and would not mind seeing your fic recorded, please drop a comment here saying so. While I personally love it when authors give blanket permission to podfic any of their stories, it's also fine to only give permission for one or two stories.

Blanket permission for podfics - please let me know when you post! I've recorded a few of my own fics already so if you don't want to repeat something you might check out the podfic tag on my journal.

The character of color I've written the most of is Gwen from Merlin, but I've also got some rare fandoms and crossovers that could get you a lot of points at amplificathon. :)
