Podfic!

So, amplificathon is going on. For those of you unfamiliar, podfic is a niche of fandom where voice artists read fic aloud and make the recording available to fandom. It's great fun, since audiofic enables people to listen to fic on their commutes or while working out or whatever, and each podficcer brings their own interpretation to the fic. For more information about podfic, see the mission statement at the biggest archive I know of.

Anyway, I'd love to see more characters of color represented in the podfic world. In pursuit of that, I'd like to make a call for author permissions for us podficcers to record your chromatic character featuring fic.

If you have written fic, of any length, featuring a chromatic character, and would not mind seeing your fic recorded, please drop a comment here saying so. While I personally love it when authors give blanket permission to podfic any of their stories, it's also fine to only give permission for one or two stories.

Blanket permission to podfic or otherwise remix my fics, with two caveats, one of which doesn't apply if you're restricting yourself to the fics I've written featuring characters of color: tell me if you're doing anything with any of my work, and if it's tagged 'remix', get the remixee's permission.

I give blanket permission for any of my works (crossposted at LJ, DW, and AO3). I'm under the impression that SGA's Teyla Emmagan counts as a chromatic character (and possibly Ronon Dex?), and the only stories of mine in which she's primary are "Damper" and its epilogue "A Few Small Repairs", though she does have minor roles at least two others.

If I'm told someone has podficced one of my stories, I'll happily add the link to the story posts.
