Podfic!

So, amplificathon is going on. For those of you unfamiliar, podfic is a niche of fandom where voice artists read fic aloud and make the recording available to fandom. It's great fun, since audiofic enables people to listen to fic on their commutes or while working out or whatever, and each podficcer brings their own interpretation to the fic. For more information about podfic, see the mission statement at the biggest archive I know of.

Anyway, I'd love to see more characters of color represented in the podfic world. In pursuit of that, I'd like to make a call for author permissions for us podficcers to record your chromatic character featuring fic.

If you have written fic, of any length, featuring a chromatic character, and would not mind seeing your fic recorded, please drop a comment here saying so. While I personally love it when authors give blanket permission to podfic any of their stories, it's also fine to only give permission for one or two stories.

Go for it! Blanket permission to remix and transform; feel free to let me know (though not necessary). Most of my fic has characters of color and I'm at livrelibre on the AO3. Fandoms include White Collar, SGA, Avatar the Last Airbender, Whip It, Middleman, Firefly, Fringe, Anyband, Elimination Dance, Skim, Monte Carlo Doctrine, Janelle Monae's Metropolis/ArchAndroid, and others.
